*Rest assured that when you book your vehicle in at our state of the art workshop, our highly trained technicians and technical specialists will make sure your vehicle is looked after and repaired to OEM specifications.

*Once you have made a booking online a Service Agent at our Service Centre will contact you to confirm your time and date requested.

*We have selected shuttle services available to take you back to your office or you can relax while you wait in a customer lounge. A coffee shop is available for you to purchase some snacks or even a light meal. Please note that it will be necessary to book your space on the shuttle.

*Ensure your vehicle service book is in the vehicle when booking in! “First Time Right” is what we strive for when receiving your vehicle. We would like to make your servicing experience a pleasant one, so that when you are telephoned by Synovate to rate us on the service you received, you will be happy to give us a 5 for excellent .

*Make sure you arrive 15 minutes before booking in time so that we can identify and address any additional concerns you may have and which we need to attend to.

*During the course of your vehicle’s stay you will be kept updated with the progress.
